Conference participation was limited to invitees. High-level representatives and senior level officials from development financial institutions, Specialized experts from regional and international organizations, and Arab states ministries responsible for finance, planning, and environment as well as experts from regional and international organizations, including the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) were invited to contribute.
The Arab Fund covered the travel and accommodation expenses of a limited number of invited speakers as well as one nominated high-level representative from each member state.
The conference was held at the Arab Organizations Headquarter Building in Kuwait, the Arab Fund for Economic & Social Development. The opportunity to participate online was available through Youtube.
The conference began at 9:00 am on Monday, 29 May, 2023 and ended by 1:20 pm on Tuesday, 30 May.
