Dr. Mahmoud R. Fath-Allah

Director of Department of Environments and Meteorological Affairs League of Arab States - Cairo

Director of the Department of Environmental Affairs and Meteorology and Head of the Technical Secretariat of the Council of Arab Ministers Responsible for Environmental Affairs at the League of Arab States. He holds a PhD in Economics from Cairo University and is an active member of several economic associations. He has a wide range of academic and applied experience in economic policy having worked in several local and regional institutions including the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates University in the United Arab Emirates, the United Nations Development Program, and USAID projects. He is also a visiting assistant professor of economics at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University and has a number of publications, He is co-editor of the Joint Arab Economic Report.
