Mr. Mohammed Sharaf

Director, Treasury Department Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Mr. Mohamed Sharaf is the Treasurer of Islamic Development bank, overseeing the bank’s overall treasury investments and capital market funding activities of the bank. Mohamed has more than 22 years of professional experience working across global capital markets. Prior to joining IsDB, Mohamed was the Head of the structured finance for Credit Agricole Bank covering Egypt. Prior to that, Mohamed spent 12 years occupying several managerial roles with Arab African International Bank where his last stint was Head of Capital Markets Risk and ALCO Member. 

Mr. Sharaf holds MBA from the École Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées in France and MSc Finance from Bradford School of Management – University of Bradford.
